Background: I manage the business as an online shop, I have a full time job of a different profession based in byo, I set up appointments with clients that want to pay cash,collect and view the hair for both Harare and Bulawayo. 

Clients can deposit their payments into my visa account which is in my name. 

 Unfortunately, because of the wide array of hair to choose from, I am not able to have every style and length readily available, hence some items will need to be express shipped to Zimbabwe, taking a normal delivery in 2weeks. 

 Hair can be imported as weave sets even incomplete sets and premade wigs of 180% density. I also handmake wigs my self for clients that want bulkier wigs for an extra $10.

 Coloring customization are done by the manufacturer, and these lengthen delivery time for the hair to be customized. Natural black hair is the readily available color. The deposit I require for out of stock orders, is to secure the clients commit to taking their orders, I am avoiding cases of having orders ghosted or cancelled when it is too late.
